1. At Devesi, we take great care in delivering your products to you, and we partner only with reputed national and international couriers. You will be pleased to know that currently free delivery on orders is being provided by Devesi.
  2. You are required to provide correct and complete address along with your cell/telephone numbers for speedy and smooth product delivery. You can register your preferred delivery address in advance to reduce your transaction time which can be changed for each delivery if required.
  3. Once we have received your order, we may require 48 hours to process and dispatch your order from our warehouse.
  4. As soon as your package ships, we will email you your package tracking information.
  5. Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday through Saturday: 9am to 7pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.
  6. Once we have received your order, we may require 48 hours to process and dispatch your order from our warehouse.
  7. Once the shipments dispatched from our warehouse, it may take another 10-14 working days to reach you. Further delay may occur if, wrong or incorrect delivery address is provided by you or any natural disasters during transit.
  8. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you are not the receiver of your purchase (for example a gift order or any other person at the given address approached by the delivery-person) then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package.
  9. It is your responsibility to reject any damaged or open parcel from the delivery person as returning products to us will be at your cost even a damaged product. However, you are required to email us within 48 hours of any damaged shipment rejected by you or if the merchandise is found damaged after the sealed parcel is opened. Your request for refund/credit will be processed in accordance with the terms and conditions of our Returns Policy and Terms of Service.
